This was a two-story new build featuring eight classrooms.  The ground floor consisted Besser block internal with face brick veneer while the first floor was steel frame with face brick veneer.

There was a lift shaft that was we constructed out of Besser block with external skin being face brick.  There where external ramps and retaining walls that were built with both block work and face brickwork.

The principal contractor was FKG Group and the client was NSW Government.
